This notice explains how website enquiries, applications and cookie choices are intended to be handled by NyKinSky & Company.
Draft operational notice · September 2026 · Subject to final legal review
01
Information collected
NyKinSky may collect the information you choose to provide through a client enquiry, business-office application or partner-interest form. This can include your name, professional contact details, organization, location, role, qualifications, service interests, business needs, territory plans, readiness information and declarations.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card or bank information, government identification numbers, medical information, privileged material or confidential client information through a public website form.
02
How information is used
The information is used to provide a submission reference, send you a copy, route the request, assess relevance or eligibility, communicate about the enquiry, maintain an administrative record, protect the website and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.
Submitting information does not create a client, adviser, employment, partner, fiduciary or other professional relationship.
03
Service providers and access
Access is limited to authorized NyKinSky personnel and providers supporting hosting, databases, authentication, transactional email and business communication. The planned platform uses AWS services for the application backend and existing Google Workspace services for company email. Providers process information under their own contractual and security terms.
Information is not intended to be sold. It may be disclosed when required by law, to protect legitimate interests, or in connection with an appropriately managed corporate transaction.
04
Retention
The technical default for website submissions is up to 24 months, after which records are scheduled for deletion unless a shorter period is appropriate or continued retention is required for an active relationship, dispute, security need or legal obligation. NyKinSky should confirm the final retention schedule before full public launch.
05
Cookies and similar technologies
A first-party necessary cookie named nyk_cookie_consent remembers whether you allowed necessary-only, analytics or marketing categories. It is designed to expire after one year. Form answers are not stored in this cookie.
Necessary

Analytics
Optional. May be used for aggregate website measurement only after a suitable analytics service is configured and you consent.
Marketing

06
Your choices
You can reopen cookie preferences at any time. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning your submitted information. Rights are assessed against identity, applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
07
Security
The planned platform uses encrypted transport, AWS-managed encryption at rest, restricted administrator authentication, role checks, activity logging and automatic retention controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive information should be exchanged only through an approved secure route.
